Located in the “Fairfield Solano Business Park” our “67,000 square foot 5 Star rated warehouse” is located one mile east of Interstate 80 adjacent to State Highway 12 in the business park. Our Temperature controlled warehouse is equipped with 6 dock height roll up doors with levelers, and 2 drive in doors that will accommodate a full length tractor trailer truck. With this warehouse being approved for military storage it has passed the strictest Government standards being monitored 24/ 7 for both security and fire protection. We provide all types of storage services including, residential, commercial, and military storage. We offer individual units for “Contractor Storage” and provide “Record Storage Management” for Business clients. We also provide long and short term storage to business folks in the “Hospitality” and “Interior Design Market”, assisting their customers with high quality care and service. From this location we reach out up to150 miles using our local division to provide professional packing and moving services. We relocate personal and household goods for the residential market as well as office contents and furniture for businesses in the counties of Solano, Napa, Sonoma, Marin, and parts of Sacramento & all of West Contra Costa County.
To handle your long distance relocations our staff offer, “The highest Quality Hauling Division” in the nation. To relocate you, your employees or customers within the state or across the nation the Fairfield Division is home for on going “Award Winning Hauling Division”. This fleet of 36 road drivers, all hold, the highest Ratings of, “1” in the Quality Assurance program.
Chipman relocations and our Van Lines use one of the strictest Quality Assurance programs in the industry. This program is based on “Customer Service”, Safety, and Claims Prevention. We provide over 200 hours of training making sure our crews have the tools and knowledge needed to provide the most in care and service to you the customer. All members of the Chipman Teams whether it is Sales, Office Staff, driver or crew member are background checked before they step foot in your residence. Every customer is sent a survey card asking you to judge and grade us on the service you received. For the last 6 years as Vice President and General Manager of this division Robert Tennies with 33 years of experience in the industry, has divided his experience in all aspects of the moving and storage industry. Starting out as a crew member and developing into a driver, he understands first hand what is needed to provide and lead the division through the steps of trouble free relocation services. With a strong background in the operations arena and still holding qualification as a driver Robert is very active with the consultants, looking for new and the most efficient way to accomplish services requested by our customers.
